We collect as little as possible. You don't need an account to read our articles.
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site (for example, which pages are read and how people find us). Google Analytics sets cookies and receives information such as the pages you visit, your approximate location, device and browser type; IP addresses are anonymized. You can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on or by blocking cookies in your browser.
We also use our own simple site analytics to count page views and clicks. It does not use cookies and stores no personal information; it only keeps a random ID in your browser to count unique visitors.
Our free tools (sleep, BMI, protein, heart rate and breathing) run in your browser. The details you type into them are not sent to us and are not stored. Like other pages, tool pages are counted in our analytics as page views, but never the numbers you enter.
Finally, we use Google Search Console to see how our pages appear in Google Search, such as which searches lead to our site. It does not give us personal information about individual visitors.
If you send us a message through the contact form or subscribe to the newsletter, we use your name and email address only to reply to you or send the newsletter. We do not sell your data, and we do not run advertising trackers.
You can request a copy or deletion of your data at any time by emailing [email protected].
